Volvo 245 from 1979 or 1980. The colour was available 1979-82. It's difficult (impossible?) to tell the spec. Most probably a GL petrol. Here's a link to confirm the year(s). http://www.volvo200.org/modellen/asp_pv7557_80.htm showing an unusual Diesel. |

You're right, forgot about that. The model name was last shown on the front wing on the 1979 model, which points towards 1980. There're a few things that make me want to eliminate the 140-series; 14" wheels with no hub caps (140 had 15" wheels usually with hub caps), a slightly different spare wheel container in front of the mud flap, black door mirrors (1978+) and the general view with the sorrouning cars just a few years old from 1985/86. A 10+ year old 140 would have been in less good condition. My suggested colour is indeed "ljusblå metallic". |
