Actually the Seville with the hood ornament was the SLS and the one with logo in the grille was the superior STS. I don't think what you say is correct, I think when the 1992 Seville came out the logo-in-grille STS version was still available.

EDIT: Oh, he's just deleted his post.

You're right, I just found out that I was mistaken, it only applies for the regular Seville.

Sorry about that, the imcdb connection was acting up and I accidentally deleted my post when I was trying to edit it. Here's what I originally said earlier before you corrected me:

"It has the the Cadillac logo on the grille, the 1992-94 Seville models had the Cadillac logo as a hood ornament. If you look carefully in the thumbnail, you can see the Caddy logo on the grille."

That white car is much more interesting.
I think it's a first generation Mitsibishi Galant.

agreed. equally interesting at least. the first generation to use the "Galant" name for the U.S., though the model name had been around for many years (since the very late 1960s or very early 1970s) elsewhere. the white sedan - which might actually be silver, it seems like a high percentage of them were - is a 1985+ Mitsubishi Galant Sigma. they were pretty unusual, even back in the day. this body style ran through 1990 for the U.S., with the last 2 years (after the release of the Galant in the later body style) being badged just as "Sigma". This one does seem to be from earlier in the run, and thus most likely is still a Galant. so... the Caddy is an SLS not an STS, correct?

No, because the badge is in the grille.

actually that wasn't what i was looking at... and i'm not really the cadillac expert (nor am i trying to be anything beyond helpful). what caught my attention specifically were the wheels and the top. obviously i'm not saying that there weren't any STS models with the top, but that was certainly something that i remember seeing MUCH more often on the base and SLS sevilles that were seeking to look elegant for the slightly older cadillac crowd, and very seldom saw on the sportier oriented STS trim cars that were trying to steal the younger executive types back from bmw or benz. my dad had a 1992 SLS, that had this (or a very similar) top package, and my (step) grandfather had what i believe was a base seville that also had this style of top and these wheels. does the badge being in the grille make it an STS specifically, or could it be one of the others..? - and does the wide chrome (only) door moulding help limit trim level, or only year range?

I'm not a Cadillac expert either, I just go by some basic facts I know. The roof is an after-market customization, so it could be done on either SLS's or STS's but I understand what you're saying. The main thing that determines which one this is whether it has the logo in the (body-coloured) grille or a silver grille with hood ornament on top. As for the year certain details may be determine when this made during this was model's 1992-97 production run, I just don't know what they are.
