This is a Lincoln, year and model unknown to me. It's driven by David (James Stewart), and an earlier shot (0:41:50) clearly shows the greyhound radiator ornament, just before David gets in the car.

I can make out a dual-bladed bumper which makes it 33/34. Six side windows makes it a Town Sedan (regular sedan had four). However, I see a slant at the rear edge through the windows, which makes this rather a seven passenger sedan or ~ limousine. The way I see it, both styles were also available on the KB, but then with rounded rear windows.

EDIT: research seems to show this slant was only on the 33s.
