This is a 2000-2003, 2004 saw a refresh with new grille and headlights. All of these from 2000-2015 were built at the Blue Diamond Truck Plant in General Escobedo, Mexico.

Normal F-650 SD/F-750 SD have exhaust dumped under the truck? I coulnd't locate a chassis/platform code for these yet.

That is correct. 2004-2015 Pro Loader trucks will also have a little badge under the F-650 badge on the door.
