I make this to be a 1941 Chevrolet. I believe the chrome trim on the front fender makes it a Special DeLuxe. -- Last edit: 2009-12-22 14:52:45 |

Agree,1941 Chevrolet Master DeLuxe Coupe .It may be recognised by the ribbed design in the front fender behind the front wheel arch.As from 1942 the front fenders were prolonged in the front doors. |

Agree with bigdave that the ribbed chrome trim- a genuine 1941 Chevrolet accessory- on the lower front fender may point to a 1941 Chevrolet Special DeLuxe Coupe ( AH).Most Special DeLuxes had them , but I have also seen pictures of AH's without them .What worries me however is the belt line trim along the hood side on the thumbnail. It looks as if only the upper part of that trim and the small rectangular script are chromed as was the case on the Master DeLuxe AG .The beltline of a Special DeLuxe would appear larger and fully chromed.Having said that the picture quality is badly reflecting chrome parts and Chevrolet made its accessories broadly available on all its models .Call to all Chevrolet Specialists... |
