 Well, no: this is a 1933/4 V8. Note the little badge at the top of the grille.

 1933 Ford V8 model 40 . Those were also assembled at the Ford plant in Barcelona.The 1933 model 40 may be recognised with a thinner grille contour than in 1934 and a V8 logo without background. 1933 model 40's had only one hood handle not visible here.
