[E] Cresta, Velox or Wyvern about 1955. I would say Wyvern (or Velox) without the rear wheel-spats. |

Apart from the overall shape its conclusive, I believe because of the front bumper and its distinctively shaped rounded over-riders in the right position, typically Vauxhall [E]. /vehicle_55860-Vauxhall-Cresta-E-1955.html The windscreen looks a little shallow suggesting it has an external sun visor. |
