It's an Hillman in the UK. And it was sold in the US with the Plymouth Badge, and it was named "Cricket" there. |

I don´t know about danish market, or where this one was licensed, but on swedish market they sold as Chrysler Sunbeam 1600 DL. |

I just received an answer from my danish friends, it was sold as Chrysler Sunbeam 1600 in denmark too. Licenseplate is not clear on this page, it might be danish, but since we don´t have any of that name earlier I think we can call it by the scandinavian name. |

Are you sure they're not confusing it with the Chrysler Sunbeam hatchback models? In the Netherlands and some other European countries it was the hatchback that was just called "Chrysler Sunbeam". |

 Somewhere I've seen a German magazine-article or an advertise about this car in addition with the name "Sunbeam". It was written there, that the export to Germany shall be start soon, but in fact this car was never sold here. Perhaps a few dozen were imported by single Chrysler-dealers, but that was all.Of the 1978 Sunbeam Horizon (strange: it was sold here with the same name as the French Horizon, from the same dealers) there were imported a few more, but due its heavy quality-problems -worse than the French Horizon- it disappeared very soon. |
