Well the hubcaps are visible anyways, which narrows this down to a 1988-1989 model. |

I thought the full wheelcovers replaced these "dog-dish" hubcaps for the '88 model year. |

No, they were just added as an option alongside the dog dish hubcaps. It was around the late 80's or so when more agencies seemed to be preferring the full wheel cover option. |

Main one is specifically a 1988 model due to the lack of chrome trim along the bottom of the c-pillar. |
