Did some additional digging of this bus... and this is what I got: Toei Bus Museum (unofficial website) wrote Bus E807 (License: Shinagawa 200 Ka 125; model code KC-RJ1JJCK) entered service at Shinagawa Depot in March 1999, transfered to Konan Depot April 2008, and was retired from service in December 2011.
