Haven't seen the movie, don't know if better shots are avail, but that doesn't look like a Fairmont to me, more like a '78-'84 or so Chev Malibu wagon. -KK |

I saw this car. It was in the beginning when Mount Wilshire (as called at the end of the movie) erupted. It was seen again in the lava when they made the Cul-de-sac that stopped the lava that was flowing, and was referenced to when the police officer talked to Roarke after the main eruption near Cedars-Sinai. It was also seen in one of the TV reports during the eruption. |
