It is definietly Buick Special, but there is not any significant difference between 1947, 1948 and 1949 models. |

It is a Buick Special Sedanet Model 46-S.These were virtually identical for 1947,1948 and 1949.However it appears to have the light colored steering wheel that points to a 1947 car :1948 and 49 had black steering wheels. |
