Looks like a short wheel base version, so I say a E-250. |

Based off the size of the rear badge, ride height, and larger dog dish wheel covers this points to a 1999-2002 E-250. Compare the two badges and note that E-350's were all Super Duty models and had that inscriptions below E-350 badge. The model above does not have anything present below the badge indicating this is strictly an E-250 model. E-150 models did not receive the larger dog dish wheel covers nor did they sit that high off the ground.
