The license plate is not registered to any vehicle, according to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, but it's a 2005 or newer Jeep Grand Cherokee. I can't tell if it's a Laredo or a Limited trim level. |

2WAQ233 is not a valid license plate. The letters I, O, and Q aren't used as the first or third letter in the three-letter sequence. If 2WAQ233 was a valid plate number, it would have been issued in the late-1980s.
