I say no less than an E-350.

I have noticed "CRESTLINE" written on the back step/bumper of ambulances seen in the show. That would indicate they are produced by the Canadian company Crestline Coach ( http://www.crestlinecoach.com/ ).

I agree with Ddey65. Could we say Econoline-350 based on the Ford badge on the hood?

Well the possible year range for this ambulance is 1992-2002. Since the grille is aftermarket, there's no way to narrow down the year range. This means that it could either be an Econoline or an E-Series based on the year. And I believe that there is also a chance that it could be an E-450. So I think it's best to simply label it as an E-Series as that is the most generic name.

Per Crestline this is a New Era model with the Aerobody on a Ford E-350 chassis, model year unknown but likely 6-10 years old she stated. This is a picture vehicle rental car.

With the license plate off to the left this is a 1997-2002

That plate is not in a bracket. The bumper, wheels and grille makes me think that this is a 1992-1996 Ford E-Series Crestline Coach Aerobody.

You sir were correct. Aerobody does not need to be in the name as this is just the face-lifted New Era design after they did away with the recessed lights. Be awesome if I can get an exact year they started using that box.

[E-350] as Crestline only used E-450 on their largest box; the Commander: Link to "web.archive.org"

New Era: Link to "web.archive.org"

According to Crestline this is no earlier than a 1997 body with a 1992-1996 bumper. Grille is aftermarket. 1992-1996 have these lights on the hood: http://www.911filmcars.com/unit--2093.html
