I have just get a page about Madrid and says that in the '40s. and '50s. there were 'Guy-Arab', Leyland Titan (1st. version), Leyland Olympic and, finally, Leyland Titan (2nd. version) |

I have mailed to EMT (Madrid Transport) friends association. I hope in a few days they give us an answer. |

Don't you have pictures of all those trips you used to do? |

I have looked at the Crossley history and can find no record of exports to Madrid. The chances are that it's a Guy Arab. I think that the San Sebastian trolleybuses were originally London Transport buses sold on when the trolleys were abandoned. There were many "mirror image" AEC double deckers in Teheran, but they must all be gone by now. |

Answer from EMT (Madrid Transport Enterprise) friends association: the main pic (because de route line)is from a Guy Arab. Madrid had 30 Guys Arab buses numbered from 18 to 47. The pics of the thumbnails (because de route line in Cibeles circus) are two Leylands OPD2/1. These Leylands were operated in Madrid from 1948 to 1963. |
