It's a Cadillac Eldorado. An official convertible version of this was launched for 1984. That's most likely what it is. |

It's an aftermarket conversion of a 80-83 Eldorado. The body side moulding had chrome trim which denotes that it is not an 84 or 85 which did not not have the chrome edge. |
