Does a hit make it a two star car? We have discussed that in the past. I don't know the conclusion anymore

This Dodge is somewhere between 1976-1980.
BTW, according to Wikipedia, this Dodge is called Aspen and not Duster. There is a Plymouth car called Duster that looks slightly different from this Dodge.

It's a '76 Plymouth Duster. The Dodge Aspen has the turn signals in the bumper.

It was considered that parked cars were part of landscape, so just 1 star, except when characters go in them.
This can be changed but it is annoying for all cars already listed then...

Well, the taxi cab and vegetable truck that get hit get 2 stars and neither of them is seen driving.

Note some curious spectators in the background.

Why is the Plymouth being listed as a '76? It appears to have clear vs amber turn signals, although the car is a bit distant to tell for certain.
That would make it a '75.

Let's see....rear-ended by the truck, rolled onto its side and into a utility pole, and the icing on the cake...its fuel tank ruptured by the truck's impact- sending it up in flames. Lousy deal for a future favorite among hardcore MoPar fans!

Sure, just about anything coming off Chrysler's assembly lines in the '70's was immediately branded a throwaway, but still.

I wrote that comment back in early 2009 when I was still a naive noobie to this site.

I'd think it would have to do with how far it's buried in the ground and the materials surrounding it.
