1991 was the last year for the third generation models, so they were definitely off on that. This is a 2001-2002 model. It can't be a 1997-2000 model since it has the shorter inscription sign in the rear door, meaning that it is an E-Series and no longer called an Econoline.

Ford changed the name emblems for the Econoline for the 1999 model year. They displayed E-150/250/350 (whichever version the van was)
Ford didn’t stop printing sales brochures and documents with the Econoline name until 2001, afterward they used E-Series (which officially
signaled the transition from Econoline to E-Series)

You can look up any van made for the 1999 model year and it will have E-Series on the rear doors.

What!? Aww man that means I incorrectly stated this for a few other vehicles :/ Sometimes automakers are just so confusing when it comes to things like these.

Back then, it was still the Econoline.

It's funny seeing how much less I knew back in 2008!

Looking at the thumbnail, I can say that based on the rear door badge this is a 1999-2002 E-150. It has amber on the tailights and on the IMDb page the UK (including Northern Ireland) is listed as a filming location. Perhaps this is a made for UK/EU model?

Not made for the UK as such, but privately imported and modified to meet UK requirements and pass the MOT test.

Thanks for the clarification.
