Can't go by the fleet number to identify the year, because this is a movie prop bus painted to look like it's from New York, not the real NYCTA 8698 (plus the real 8698 would have Bus-O-Rama ads and no standee windows). Filmed in Toronto, so it's like an ex-TTC bus; all of TTC's TDH5303s were built by GMDD of Canada, not GMC.
