A rare machine! The 1969 Charger 500 was designed to win at NASCAR with unique features like a 1968 Coronet grille and a flush fastback rear window (seen clearly in the thumbnail) instead of the lift-creating buttresses of the standard model, and can be considered the direct predecessor to the wild Charger Daytona. Only 392 were made and this appears to be the first one on the site. |
