I assumed they may have filmed this sequence outside of Japan, but neither Wikipedia or any other websites that discuss this title mentions any filming location aside from Tokyo or Iriorotejima, Okinawa. Then again, since this was the Bubble Era, when pretty much everyone had money to throw around, the producers could have just brought in a Leopard from wherever for filming and returned it to where the tank came from once they were done. Which would explain why the tank was never spotted in any Heisei or Reiwa titles unlike the MfM Type 61 from Sengoku Jieitai... -- Last edit: 2024-09-05 01:22:53
