The exact name in case of the newer cars with 4 taillights is "Sport Coupe" |

A propos Fiat 850 Coupè: last Friday I grab just for joke an old file of our car-accident-department (I'm working in an insurance-company). I like to look into the very old files, because of the cars). I was surprised, when I saw the accident-photos (such a Fiat 850 Coupé crashed frontal into an Audi 100 C1, it happend in 1971). Exactly about this accident was an article -in 1971- in Germany's biggest motor-magazine "auto, motor und sport". Guess, why I own this 1971-"auto, motor und sport"-issue On the other hand: a really expensive cause for our company. Continued payment since 37 years... -- Last edit: 2008-09-21 21:31:48 |

Yes, payment for long-time injuries. Maybe it sounds cynic, but my wife says, that an accident, where a person was killed, is easier and faster to handle (cheaper also). Heavy, long lastings injuries are causing a plenty of work and a lot of money, too. All insurance-companies are stil handling with accidents, which were happenend, when the actual, responsible employees even weren't born. Accidents, which are longer in the company than the oldest employee. -- Last edit: 2008-09-21 22:46:22 |
