Depends where it is ... the truck has a look of an old KrAZ. The shovel, I've no idea.

Further to the above I'd suggest a KrAZ-214 like this one:

... but I still don't know the shovel. Looks a bit like an old (Ruston)-Bucyrus, but I don't think it is.

If the movie action is in '50's, it can't be a KrAZ! It might be a MAZ! From picture, is look like a two axle truck - 4x2; so, probably is a MAZ 205.

MAZ 205:
Let's explain: in this picture, is a MAZ 205 dump truck - MAZ 205 is former YaAZ 205; YaAZ move the production of "200" truck series to MAZ factory and the "210" truck series to KrAZ factory, on the end of '50's. "200" series is based on a 2 axle chassis and "210" series is based on a 3 axle chassis.

MAZ 205:
If you look in the back, under the truck, you will see the rear axle with the differential and the rear wheels - only one rear axle! So, a two axle dump truck!
KrAZ start to made trucks from 1959! KrAZ start to made two axle trucks after 1990! There is no way to be a KrAZ in the picture!
Look also to the side of the loading platform - similar with the loading platform side from MAZ 205 picture, from above post.
