One of the fastest as well in its class if you had the 1990-1991 GTI 16 with 160 hp which had no catalytic converter. 0-100 km/h in 7,8 seconds is very good for a car at that time, and still today! -- Last edit: 2008-04-26 23:30:17 |

You're comparing 309gti (8v) as 3k cheaper than golf gti 16v 309gti-16 was never sold in uk Cars with sub- 7secs and less than 160bhp Nissan sunny gti 6.8 Astra gte 16v 6.9 mg maeastro turbo 6.6 |
