I've tried to find some info and it looks like it's this one: These vans were modified by Southern Emergency Vehicles Inc. in LaGrange, Georgia and began to work in Ukraine in early 2000's but to this day there's only one of them left, and the other ones were sold.

I've tried to find some info and it looks like it's this one:
