Fun fact: E30 Galants were sold as the Eterna in Indonesia because the E11/E19 Galant was a massive flop in Indonesia. However, the "catfish" E50 series Mitsubishi Galant was sold as the "Galant" again in Indonesia.  ![[Image: 1312784001.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/28262/1312784001.jpg) Yikes... I'm mostly prefer the eighth generation models, commonly known as the "sharknose" (Galant Hiu in Indonesian), but already noted that naming change between the [E30] and [E50] generations. -- Last edit: 2022-04-24 08:00:55 |

I really like the Sigma, E30 generation, and the 7th gen "catfish" Galant. I just find it interesting that the E30 generation in Indonesia went with the "Eterna" name for the JDM spec liftback version of the Galant...  |
