That is a 1994-1999 Dacia 1310 Break (break for station wagon). There are two generations int this period, very hard to distinguish visually. These are called CN2 and CN3 as in Conceptie Nationala 2 or 3 respectively (EN: 2n / 3rd National Conception). These were the second and third Romanian made facelift to the original 1300 which was a Renault 12 built under license from Renault. They are easily identifiable by by the plastic front bumper and shape of the dashboard around the instrument cluster as well as the trapezoidal markers on the front fender. It could also be a later CN4 model with the iconic "Iliescu's smile" fascia but I doubt it since CN4 also used oval side markers. I'm mentioning this because a lot of the cars in this era, including one coming from the factory might be built with a mish-mash of different generation parts, which makes it hard to pinpoint the production year.
