FOU, Hampshire June to August 1947. FDU would be Coventry 1944-46, so FOU fits better.

1800 Roadster type 18TR.

I've got book photos (probably period PR shots) of FDU 156 and 490, both on Roadsters. 804 was in the Jan-April 46 batch, launch was March 46. Listed as FDU 804 here along with another - EY 8534 (Anglesey, Dec 47) - in same film.

EY 8534 appears in a scene at Northolt Airport (now RAF Northolt), with some of BEA's airliners in the background. BEA was using the airport because Heathrow was being developed.

It's assumed to be the same car as in the London scene both driven by Dinah Sheridan.

Dinah Sheridan also drives EY 8534 again when it appears in 'No Trace' (1950) which I should be adding soon. They were probably filming both movies at about the same time.

Other than the different numberplates, EY 8534 has two prominent add-on windscreen demisters, that are missing on FDU 804.
