 1947-49 based on Fleetwood 75 chassis (maybe 48/49 with these front turn signals) the 1946 had a different grille. Superior bodywork, I think.

 This is an S&S ambulance by the Hess & Eisenhardt Co. of Rossmoyne, Ohio. Most likely the Kensington model.
