Yes and the small badge under Activan reads Ricon which is the company that made the conversion. Ricon is based in California. 11th letter X in the VIN means that this Voyager was built at the St. Louis assembly line #2. Graz would have an U as the 11th digit. |

Oh, i forgot to check this vehicle Probably because my brother said he found no info. But he might have used text message which just says it is de-registered. |

Indeed a 1992 by the 10th digit being an ‘N’. Even though the VIN is truncated. |
