 That looks like a Plaxton Viewmaster body, but whether on a Leyland Tiger or a Volvo B10M I ouldn't say. Identify the operator and you'd get it.

 It is a 12m Plaxton Viewmaster with the original 1970s grill, so either a Leyland Leopard PSU5 or a Volvo B58-61 chassis, the latter being more common. From the livery possibly TGE1R (a 1977 Volvo B58-61) of Isleworth Coaches:
