I’d say SS but seems as per this Dennis Fire Engine - /vehicle_1162093-Dennis-Elite-1987.html the registration on this one also throws back an MS Elite so offers confusion once more... -- Last edit: 2020-10-03 16:21:00 |

Pretty much all Dennis trucks come back as "ELITE MS LN 1516" for some reason on plate checks. Similarly many older Ford vans and trucks get identified as "Ford Cargo 1615" even though they're clearly not Cargos and even pre-date the Cargo truck. This type of Dennis fire engine was sold as SS and RS, SS was the tilt-cab where the front half of the cab tilted forward to allow engine access, there was a window between the two parts of the cab, so this is an RS. |
