Around 1000-2000 pcs Typ 1 (Wolfsburg built) were sold new in Yugoslavia late 60s, per year. Also many cars were buy used in West Germany by Yugoslavian gastarbeiters. The Yugoslavian assembly began 1970, since 1973 with 'J' letter added. Ended 1976. |
