Yes. 924 with phone-dial wheels is usually 86+ 924 S, but an easy retro-fit for earlier plain 924. |

The year is going to be difficult. The wheels are likely from a 928. Afaik they were not sold on a 924S like that. |

If you Google Porsche 924S you'll find that they all have them. Coincidence? I think not. Here's the brochure which more or less seals the deal. |

The 928 and 924 phone dial wheels are quite similar but not the same. the 928 alloys feature a flat face (like pictured) and the 924 S original wheels have more topography to them. Hard to describe. |

I think these are not flat faced smooth 928 phone dials. I think the "lip" is visible on each of the 5 holes if you brighten and blow up the pic. |
