 Actually, I think this might be a replica.

According to ChibaGarage's facebook page, they call it CAE Startos. CAE, I believe, stands for North Yorkshire-based Carson Automotive Engineering.

 I wondered about a replica, partly because of the front light pod and also the wheels. So a Lancia built in Yorkshire .... :D
