1600 Variant after 1970 "longnose", colour "leuchtorange" - "garbageman-orange", we say in Germany. It's the truth. "Leuchtorange" (L20B) is still usual for a plenty of garbage-trucks and road maintenance-cars over here. |

Do you mean with "overriders" the chrome parts on the bumpers? Yes, they were an optional extra (at least for some years). |

It's a 1970+ model anyways, because it has the long nose. Also the orange colour was not available for the "shortnose". It was not available for any VW before ca.1970/71. |
