Something Cobra-ish, probably early if genuine. |

260 or 289, then. The race number reminds me of the "98 XP" Cobra 260, except it was red. Link to "i.pinimg.com" |

Not necessarily, this could be a reference to the 1963 race at Riverside Raceway in which Ken Miles drove a "98" white Cobra (CSX2002) in a dramatic run to catch the leading Dave MacDonald in the "198" Cobra (CSX2026). https://www.davemacdonald.net/gallery/closeups/cobra260firstwin.htm |

It is definitely that race. The moment in the thumbnail with the Cobra going into the dirt is actually documented in the gallery. The scene is clearly filmed at Big Willow, given that Riverside Raceway no longer exists. |

Not genuine, Superformance has been advertising their licensed Cobra replicas on the web, which read 'As Seen in 'Ford v Ferrari'', with this exact one front and center. Link to "tpc.googlesyndication.com" (Yes, I was able to open the ad's image as an image link.) |

The Miles family car is a Ford Country Squire estate, looks like a '62. It is shown overtaking a Chrysler sedan. |

carcrasher88 is correct. This is not an original Cobra. Certainly not CSX2002. |

This particular Cobra is owned by Peter Miles, son of Ken Miles |
