It does. It is Yugoslav film - so it is locally made ca 1939-1946 Praga RN (RN-8 was their 1st model) or post war Pionir/TAM Pionir. EDIT: but Yugoslav pre-war/early war Pragas had different cabines - 1940 pic: Link to "sr.wikipedia.org" So it is stil Yugoslav but later one. The truck was made till 1946 by IMAD (brand Praga), since 1946 by IMR. Name "Pionir" is also used since this year in heavier ones. Since ca 1947 it was made also by TAM and since 1951 only by TAM.
