And Just saying , just like the original BBC UK version of "Life on Mars" have some out of time modern detail(dishes and A/Cs on the wall) and "Ashes to Ashes" has that '83 Quattro(even though it's set in '81) . This car ,this main transportation of the team , is not from 1988. (As what I labeled ,this front end design didn't hit the market before October 1991...while it's set in '88 , just not long before The 1988 Summer Olympics opening) (And since this car is never a cool car to start with , neither iconic enough ,and they do get a load of first gen. prefacelift Hyundai Pony as the taxi......I think they chioce this out of time car on propuse , it's the last thing our hero saw before sent back to 1988.(The car hit him was the same model(diffent plate number though).) |
