I think I believe this has a Rappold conversion (near Wülfrath in north-western Germany, founded in 1948, still in existence http://www.rappold-karosserie.de/ ).
Some of the reasons I believe that is that the bottom half of the rear door is still present. that the distance between the front and rear side windows is not that big (like those built by Pollmann) and that the rear window is rather long and stright.

the extreme streamlined roof is another hint, i think Rappold, too (although i've spent the whole sunday morning in search of a Rappold W115 without success )

Definitely NOT Rappold! I'm pretty sure this is a body by Welsch of Mayen, Germany.

(for the experts: Not Joh./ Kurt Welsch, but Toni/ Günter Welsch ;))
