Probably a Moskvitch 403 IE like this one: /vehicle_73944-Moskvitch-403-1962.html But were they allowed to use that number on export vehicles? Peugeot has a copyright on the middle '0'. That's why we have a Porsche 911 and not 901 as originally intended. |

If it is 403, it was sold in Finland as Skandinavia. |

But it is just for the pronunciation, like some makes whose name change in Poland just to have them pronounced correctly... |
