Mike962 guessed correctly. It's a JCB Loadall 530. Note the white cab, the mudguards, and the <<TELESCOPIC>>> logo on the boom. The back wheels are also smaller, as seen in the rear shot with the T-1000; Gradalls have four equal-sized wheels.

Furthermore, from what I've gathered, the Gradall 544B dates to '94-'95, so unless Skynet's been sending more than Terminators back in time, it's not gonna be that...
