:think: AFAIK the "Jeans Polo" was never available in "manilagrün"

 And you have ruled out the Carolinagrün? Also the back-up lamps are fitted. That would fit for a August 1976 (MY1977) Jeans

However, painted air vents, no 'Jeans' badge here. No head rests. Interior doesn't look like denim - shelf is kinda blue, though. But, it is ten years+ here.....

As we had two cars in manilagrün in our family (my father a 1977 Audi 80, my uncle a 1976 Polo), I'm quite sure, that this is car is manilagrün, too. Somehow carolinagrün doesn't fit.
