I think this started out as a Fordson WOT of some sort.

Found identified here as Ford/Fordson WOA2 Car, 4X2, Heavy Utility; all steel body produced from May 1941 to July 1944. An unusual and new find I think!

The W0A2 Utility Car was a modified Model 62 22 hp.
