The proportions resemble a Dennis Three Ton "Subsidy" chassis, but far from certain.

I think a rebuilt Leyland A-type Subsidy, bonnet sides with low louvre position and two side handles all match.

That would be another good choice. There were hundreds of them available after Armistice. Leyland had a works at Ham dedicated to the refurbishment of ex army trucks to ensure that those hitting the market were in fair running order partly to protect its reputation. I think they built Trojans there after the truck business stopped.

It appears prior to WWI London breweries mainly used steam waggons but after 1918 I guess the availability of heavier petrol trucks replaced steam.

No great information was found so far in the CM archive of what trucks were used in the early 1920s, by Trumans (or others).
