It's a 1959 ID 19 (button on far right of the dashboard came in October 1958, the rear of the interior mirror changed from black to grey in October 1959. Either the car has been deorated as a DS with big hubcaps and a painted roof (and some aftermarket extra's like additional foglights and the hood handle) or it was a Belgian built IDéal 19.
