Je ne pense pas que celle de gauche soit une Triumph... Gloria Vitesse par ex, car la calandre ne colle pas. Je pencherais plutôt pour une Jaguar 3 1/2 Litre ou Mark IV 3 1/2 Litre |

isn't it S.S. 3,5 Litre Jaguar rather? I believe it is so, as the first post-war model was Mark V and XK120.. This seems to be pre-war still -- Last edit: 2006-10-18 01:21:10 |

Pre-war the company name was SS Cars Limited. After the war the company changed its name to Jaguar Cars Limited. The pre-war SS Jaguar 1½, 2½ and 3½ Litre models continued in production after the war but there were minor differences such as a narrower chrome strip along the side and the cars were simply titled Jaguar 1½, 2½ or 3½ Litre saloon. The Jaguar Mk V appeared in 1948/49 and so the previous post-war cars were retrospectively called Mk IV. So you have SS Jaguars before the war and Jaguar Mk IVs and Jaguar Mk Vs after the war.
