Possibly the s/n 0003 (car mostly driven by Phil Hill in 1961 - http://www.philhill.com/phil_hill_race_record.html?YEAR=1961) |

I do not think so. The '61 Ferrari 156 Dino was raced only four times with the Nº 4: twice by Hill (Spa & Nürburgring) and twice by von Trips (Aintree & Monza), unfortunately von Trips died in Monza and the car was wrecked. It be could the car used during the '62 season which was only raced under Nº 4 by Ricardo Rodriguez at Monza. -- Last edit: 2007-04-09 17:16:34 |

This is a replica built by rock musician Chris Rea for his film 'La Passione', using a Fiat Dino V6 65-degree engine - it is seen in the paddock at the Goodwood Festival of Speed where it was driven by Phil hill (there are no original 1961 or 1962 Ferrari F1s surviving). It has the # 4 because the film was partly a tribute to Von Trips. |
