Sure, but it is only because they write it this way in Germany. Cars had cyryllic badges, so it could be listed GAZ 21 Volga. This way we can also list them as "Wołga". Every other country can name them according to its own "interpretation" of cyryllic alphabet and we can have 100 names for the same car.
